T.A. Todd Construction specializes in residential and commercial construction management and consulting. Tim brings 30plus years of construction experience to the table.  Our knowledge of building codes, best design practices, and what works/what doesn’t work will help you piece together a beautiful project.

Tim will work with you from day one, helping you find the right architect, and assist with the many revisions that will occur through the design phase.  He believes that trusting an experienced professional will more than pay for itself when it comes time to build.

Once you are ready to start construction, Tim approaches this will total transparency.  All subcontractor bids and material quotes will be paid at COST.  This allows you to save anywhere from 10-30% off of your project.  Tim’s services will be an agreed upon percentage or fee before construction begins.
